What connecting does and does not do
- It lets Prosper send orders you confirm to your Dhan account. You still approve each order.
- It does not move money from your bank account, and Prosper subscription fees are paid separately.
- You can still buy or sell anything in the Dhan app as usual.
- Dhan’s own brokerage and charges apply to every order; see Dhan charges.
How to check an analyst before you subscribe
- Search the analyst’s INH number on the SEBI Research Analyst register and check the name matches.
- Read the analyst’s disclosure and terms on the plan page, including how calls are sent and how refunds work.
- Be wary of any promise of fixed or guaranteed returns: a registered research analyst cannot guarantee profits.
- Start with a position size you can afford to lose, and follow the stop-loss the analyst gives.
